Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering , Electrical/Electronics Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in Smart Card or Telecom Industry preferred
IT project management experience will be considered
Fluency in English and Vietnamese Language is a must
Willing to travel
