Job Description Our client seeks a Senior Services Lead to provide strategic and tactical support to critical project planning and execution. The individual will lead and participate in information gathering workshops for customer data, draw conclusions from the analysis, and then pull the results into a “story” for the client, actively leading or contributing to the team’s final recommendations. On some projects the Senior Services. The Senior Services Lead will report to and work closely with the Project Director, other team members and other project leads within the real estate advisory team located globally.
• Lead a discovery process with various client executives and middle management employees
• Lead or provide analysis in support of service business requirements and capabilities
• Advise and make recommendations to the project and management teams for deliverables.
• Must be able to drive and influence client requests while staying focused on business value and return on investment • Lead and/or assist in the release, planning and communication strategy of analyzes.

The person is comfortable interpreting meaning and relevance from raw data gathered from structured or unstructured client interaction. The Senor Services Lead must have an inquiring mind, quantitative aptitude and a willingness to learn plus the ability to quickly react and adapt to changes in a dynamic global business environment. As a Senior Services Lead, the person will be comfortable leading a workshop various client executives as well as working independently interpreting raw data with a particular focus on data integrity and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a business degree plus a Master Degree or technical degree with an MBA with a strong self motivating focus around customer satisfaction. The individual must also have a strong interest in an advisory/consulting services role to extend their experience and apply their analytic and communication skills in an area that is delivering measurable impact to a Fortune 100 organization. Previous advisory/consulting backgrounds and a strong desire to learn are essential however a background in telecommunications, networking or technology is not necessary. • Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
