Looking for engineers with 8 - 12 yrs exp in Installation and Maintenance of Nortel/ Cisco, PABX's, Legacy and IP-PBX. Designing, Implementing, Supporting or Consulting converged IP Telephony Network solutions. (Cisco / Nortel products). Installing all aspects of IP Telephony and Contact Center (Call Center) Solutions, Unified Messaging, IP/IVR, customized XML applications, Meeting Place, IP Communicator, Mobility Manager, Cisco Presence, Cisco Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), and Call Manager Attendant Console. Hands-on experience on Meridian 61C / 81C PBX/ Voice mail Administration and Network Administration. To assess situations as they arise identifies the issues, propose possible solutions and see incident through to satisfactory conclusion. Self starter with ability to progress in a cross functional team. Excellent team player and Customer focused.

Profile Nortel/ Cisco certified, with experience with major Nortel/ Cisco products.
