We are currently in search of a motivated and driven individual to work as part of a small Software Consulting team within this niche ERP software vendor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of customers in order to maximise billable consulting hours. You will be required to source and identify consulting opportunities within client organisations, including providing advice and guidance on business processes, providing guidance on applications, upselling additional modules and products and providing software training, as well as managing and developing the overall business relationship with the client.

You will need to have the following skills and experience:
Previous Software Consulting experience with Financial or ERP software.
Must have Accounting skills and knowledge.
Ability to build solid client relationships and source productive billable time with clients.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to quickly learn new software.

This is a key Director post that requires strong leadership, active engagement and performance management to drive through cultural and organisational improvement and make change management part of the day job.
