Key Accountabilities
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity problems and generate MIS reports for analysis and reporting.

Job Specification
Ideal candidate will have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT with minimum 2 years hands-on experience of configuring hardware / network setups, software installations / configuration and troubleshooting.
