CIM Manager - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Accountability for
Strategy Planning, establishment of CIM Roadmap and periodic review of major CIM projects to support STATS ChipPAC Corporate and Business objectives
Lead, Guide and Motivate the team in the provision of CIM services tothe World-wide plants
Annual Operation Plan and Budget
Regular updates of IT projects and systems to user department management e.g. User Department Engagement and meetings
Ensure that the CIM team is self sufficient and competent to develop world class CIM solutions using the most cost effective and productive tools
Implement the best relevant technology / processes for the organization.
Ensure standardization of CIM solutions across all sites to achieve “One Look One Feel” experience

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Science/Engineering, with more than 6 years of related experience
Broad in-depth knowledge of area
Excellent writing skills, and strong oral presentation skills
Must be self-motivated with high ethical standards and integrity
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
