Prior 3 years of experience in Source Code Management(SCM) Multisite administration.

Atleast 1-2 years of experience in IBM Rational Clear Case(CC) , Build Forge(BF) , Clear Quest(CQ) administration :
Creation and maintenance of streams, troubleshooting and merging.
Management of builds using Build Forge
Creation of CQ schema, enhancements, integration with CC for defect tracking.
Maintenance of CC VOB, CQ/BF repositories.
Managing Multisite Environment, replicas & mastership.
