Job Description: Install, configure, and maintain personal computers. Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures. Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, desktop applications and communication software and hardware. Ensure backups are taken and test disaster recovery plans. Creation of new users and assigning security rights.Plan and implement network security. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions. Maintain IT hardware and software inventory. Install and support telecommunication equipments Skills required for the position 1. Professional certification in networking / microsoft technology 2. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. 3. Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software 4. Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques 5. Good troubleshooting, remote support and decision-making skills 6. Ability to provide technical training to end users 7. Must be willing to learn new procedures and follow established standards 8. Professional oral and written communication skills 9. Strong customer service skills.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile 1. Graduate with a diploma in Computer Engineering/MCSE in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Windows server. 2. At least 2-3 years experience as Network/Systems Administrator in Windows/NT environment. 3. Exposure to Data Base Administration (SQL Server) and management of CISCO Routers.
