Customer Service Representative (Web/Internet Support)-Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT-Singapore

Responsibilities:
provide first level helpdesk support to customers with regards to web navigations.
handle incoming calls, fax or emails on general enquiries about the Online portal
handle feedbacks (compliments, suggestions and complaints)
assists customers from Singapore and Hongkong via phone support, email, chat or fax
assists in data entry for customer information
handle outbound calls for customer follow ups and voice mails.
supporting customers in internet financial transactions like buying/selling of Equities or Unit Trust

Requirements:
GCE "O" levels or equivalent with min 1yr prior experience in web helpdesk support on navigational issues
Ability to READ, WRITE, and SPEAK English and Cantonese languages as job entails receiving calls customers from Hongkong
Possess basic computer knowledge and be familiar with the use of internet, email, chat and basic Microsoft Office applications
Good interpersonal and oral communication skills with ability to work well under pressure e.g. when there is a sudden surge of calls or difficult customers.
Able to work from 8:00am to 10:00pm (2 shifts schedule) Mondays to Saturdays including Public Holidays with maximum working hours of 44hrs per week
