IT Manager at China From Semiconductor Industry ( Need Local Malaysian) - China

Job Title: IT Manager.
Reports To: Managing Director & Regional IT Director

Facilitate the management of the business;
Provide management with an adequate decision support system by providing information that is timely, accurate, consistent, complete, and relevant;
Support the organization's strategic goals and direction;
Provide an objective system for recording and aggregating information;
Reduce expenses related to labor-intensive manual activities; and Enhance communication among employees

Responsible for the daily IT operation in company wide, make IT service deliverable in 24x7.
IT budget and Capital plan development and carry out Cost Control
Provide coaching to subordinates on company principle and mindset.
Responsible for department 5S management.
Implementation of global IT policies and security standard to Suzhou.
Develops Suzhou IT policies, procedures and standards as supplement to corporate ones.
Project leader for large-scale projects.
Sites & Corporate IT collaboration.
IT operation strategy development.
Keep high sense of Confidentiality to business data and information.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years working experience and having a supervisor or manager experience is a must. (2-3 yrs).
Minimum 2 years working experience on Semiconductor.
Strong people management skill to interact with others at all levels of organization.
Good experience on both infrastructure and Application system

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Management.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Management or Network/System Engineer.
Full-Time positions available.
