Job Description Install, integrate, configure and customize products at customer; Accurately diagnose, repair & maintain product(s) and accessories in peak operating condition; Ensure regular and effective communications with customers; train customer on appropriate usage of products and features; Ensure proper repair and maintenance procedures are performed on identified device(s) and completed prior to leaving customer site.

Profile Candidates with college or technical school certificate; 2-3 years in support of printers; Proven progressive knowledge of functional areas to be supervised: GLOBALIS, EPSON, HEWLETT PACKARD, Xerox copier and laser, dot matrix and inkjet printer experience; excellent trouble shooting skills are essential; strong technical and mechanical ability, outstanding communication skill; must work well independently; a general understanding in technology is a must
