IT Application Core Head-Jakarta Raya - Indonesia

Scope of Work:
Head of development team and provide solution for each business requirement.
To be responsible for in-house core banking system stability.
Manage and coordinate the IT projects, based on business requirement from business alliance (SME Banking, Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, and Support Function).

Requirements:
General Requirements
Minimum S1 in Information Technology/Technical from reputable University
Minimum 8 years experience, with 3 years in similar position within the industry
Having experience in Banking or Finance industry
Having experience in handling core banking project
Good people management and communication skill
Good knowledge in Core banking system, banking product & process.
Good analytical skill in Core banking system
Proficient in oral and written English
