TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - National Capital Reg - Philippines

Responsible for creating an exceptional customer and problem resolution for incoming service inquiries regarding a customer’s on-line advertising needs, which will extend through the entire advertiser lifecycle, from pre-sales to post sales support. Answer inquiries, solve problems, provide industry-based solutions, and perform trouble shooting using provided scripting and published materials to ensure the customer is able to continue to generate revenue from their advertising campaigns.

Requirements:
Skill in Verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. Strong presentation skills, verbal, and listening. Ability to use convincing and persuasive language with business users, professionals with high standards. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and process. Ability and willingness to provide
pre-sales, sales, or post sales support. Ability to promote and sell products or services.
May be required to work unconventional hours or shifts, weekends holidays, 2nd shift, or early mornings. Knowledge of computer operating systems; including but not limited to one or more of the following; Mac OS, windows 98, NT, 2000,ME,XP,Unix, and Linux. Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience, including advertising and/or sales accountabilities, OR completion of business Administration or Marketing courses or experience is required
