GENERAL MANAGER (Based in Manila, Philippines) - National Capital Reg - Philippines

We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager to manage AyosDito.ph in the Philippines. Reporting to the Head Office in Singapore, the selected candidate will be stationed in Manila and will be responsible for all aspects of the local operations, including its overall performance. The successful candidate will be tasked to develop business strategies that meet market needs, be responsible for overall direction and control of all human resource services such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee communications, training and development. He/She will also oversee IT development to ensure effective solutions are implemented in support of the company's service offerings as well as oversee local administration and ensure proper and effective control, including compliance to policies and procedures. The right candidate will be offered a very attractive remuneration package.

Requirements:
More than 8 years experience in the IT industry plus degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Prior experience from managing a major Internet site would be an added advantage
Great entrepreneurial skills and flexible personality
Great operational skills
Excellent knowledge and network in the local Internet environment
Self-motivated and possess strong leadership and people-management skills to drive the company to meet targets and motivate subordinates
Technical knowledge and understanding of programming
Extensive knowledge of online marketing processes.
Highly independent and can communicate at all levels
Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog
