Team Leader-Financial Market System Development - Tianijin - China

Responsible in building relationships with key stakeholders: Business, fellow developments managers inside/outside Financial Market Infrastructure units etc
Work closely with the PM to manage the project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing, mitigate/control risks and timescales.
Understand and ensure compliance with the Bank processes, standards, guidelines and the project management framework, e.g. bank’s development methodology (QMF), managing the risk management, change control and quality processes.
Manage the project planning and execution of development change requests.
Timely and clear communications to the stakeholder community.

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication with good experience in JAVA or C++, Unix Scripting, SQL, Sybase/Oracle, XML, Perl, .NET and Project Management, etc.
The team leaders must have Financial Market business knowledge with minimum 5 years experience in Financial Markets banking and finance industry.
Proven experience in management role involving large complex projects encompassing multiple technology platforms and architectures.
Welcome overseas candidates who are strong in English both written/verbal and must be able to speak good Chinese
Excellent Relationship Building Skills, successfully interacting with senior IT and business management and working with a geographically diverse team.
