Cards Operation Processing Officer - Banking - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse and discuss user requirements, deliverables and related issues with users and providing documentation to the IT division.
Analyze card and / payment product and process enhancements, changes and project requests impacting systems.
Plan and design UAT scripts, performing UATs, regression and live verifications (where necessary).

Requirements:
Min degree in any discipline with relevant years of credit card operations experience
Knowledge of Card systems, other Cards Support Sub Systems and simple accountingwill be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and good team player
