Data Analyst - Bangalore - India

Requirements:
Gallup is looking for a Data Analyst to work in our Bangalore office. This position requires significant experience using data sets and statistics. In this position, you will clean data sets and arrange the data for reporting. You will provide reporting using SPSS® and other proprietary applications for internal and external clients. Knowledge of Visual Basic, Linux®, and SPSS is required.

• graduate degree with two years of work experience using SPSS and Visual Basic
• expertise in working with Microsoft Excel
• proficiency in converting data from Microsoft Excel sheets to SPSS numeric format
• minimum one year of experience in data analysis
• detail-oriented and meticulous and thorough in your work
• strong analytical skills as well as familiarity with statistical concepts
• ability to work in a team and independently when required
• ability to take pride in the accuracy of your work
• good communication skills
