Techno Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS-Muscat - Oman

Job Description: Looking for Techno Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS.
Profile: Functional Knowledge. Atleast two full life cycle implementation in Oracle HRMS (HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR). Experience in Requirement gathering, mapping to the product, setting up prototype, creating test scripts etc.
Delivering product training and making presentations.
Documentation as per the standards (preferably AIM).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferably having a domain experience in HR/Payroll.
Technical Knowledge.
Knowledge of PL SQL.
Knowledge of D2k - mainly reports.
Understanding of Oracle HRMS Datamodel.
Experience in Interfaces and Datamigration - ( the key here is understanding the HRMS API's)
Knowledge of Alerts, ADI etc.
Preferably understanding of SSHR customisation i.e. ( PL / SQL, Workflow builder, JSP, Java scripts, HTML).
