Work Experience /Background
• Minimum 6 years experience in Mainframes
IBM Mainframe Skills
• CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MQ Series DB2
Domain Skills
• Banking, Payments, Cash Management, SWIFT messaging, RTGS systems
Tech Skills
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Able to create high and low level design specs
• Analyse requirements
• Prepare effort estimation
• Be able to lead a team of developers
Additional Desirable Skills
• Sybase, UNIX
Other Skills
• Good Communication and Management Skills
