Demonstrates troubleshooting ability to resolve customers' technical issues and concerns.
Provides Excellent Customer Service regarding resolution and/ or follow-up.
Ensure the call quality is observed in resolving customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Technical Orientation (console and internet)
Candidate must finish at least 2nd year in College
Preferably 1 year Call Center Experience or in any related fields.
Excellent phone handling skills.
Average-Excellent English Communication skills.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens
Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends.
Type of Employment: Direct hire and probationary
Compensation: 15 -20K (inclusive of Basic Salary, Technical Cash Premium and Night Differential)
