1. Exchange (preferably 2007)
2. Active Directory
3. Windows server troubleshooting (Preferably 2003)
4. He should be having atleast 4-5 years of relevant experience and should be able to handle the datacenter independently if needed.
5. Daily health check
6. Monitoring and troubleshooting on servers
7. Carry out upgrades and have a fair idea on new implementations
8. Suggest methods of improvment and contribute to value adds.
