Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Provide measures or resolutions for technical problems.

Requirement:
• Graduate of a 4 year course or undergrad of 2 years.
• For undergrad of 2 years, preferably 2 years of CC exp.
• Strong/good technical skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Highly analytical, problem solving skills, adaptability and high confidence level.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Full-time positions available.
