Shall be responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of computers
Must be familiar with the products and recommend the best ways to repair them
Shall be responsible for accuracy of current testing and troubleshooting procedures
Shall be in charge of repair and support under the turn around time set by the company and responsible for upholding the quality of repairs made
Provide assistance in matters of Pre-Qualification testing
Responsible for submitting reports for product issues for special cases under you to the Customer Care Manager
Shall be expected to actively participate in forums or discussion groups and provide communication to manufacturers for technical issues
Keep up to date with the latest changes in technology as well as up and coming new products under your group.
Shall be tasked to go on field as necessary
Requirements:
Male not more than 27 years old, graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering and other related courses.
Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply.
Knowledgeable in basic trouble shooting of computers and laptops.
Aggressive, resourceful, and result-oriented with excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
