Project/Field Engineer Required Urgently - Singapore

Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver projects as part of project team
• Provide installation expertise for demos
• Perform staging and acceptance tests on equipment
• Installation of equipment on customer site
• Project Execution and Management
• Provision of training to customer on installed systems
• Ensure on time delivery and quality of service
• Liaising with vendors and customers
• Manage customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Info-
Communication Technology or equivalent
• Professional qualification in CCNA, MCSE,MCSA would be an advantage
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in designing and implementing PABX/IP-telephony
systems
• Hands- on experience in Avaya/CISCO/Alcatel systems, Voice Logger, Contact Centre Solutions
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, good time management
ability
• Ability to work well under pressure and set individual priorities based on performance objectives
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment, where change is a constant
• Excellent ability to work in a team environment with strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Strong communication and customer service skills are a pre-requisite
