ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Will be responsible for supporting the integrations which also involves on call support.
2. Will need to co-coordinate with offshore team for Production Support and help them resolve any issues.
3. Will be responsible for providing and coordinating the involvement of business and/ or development resources in problem resolution as necessary.
4. Will need to manage the tickets and resolve them in a timely manner adhering to the SLAs defined.

PRIMARY SKILLS (MANDATARY)
- Strong knowledge of Vitria (Middleware).
- Good knowledge of UNIX commands and shell scripting.
- Good communication skills (written as well as verbal).

SECONDARY SKILLS (DESIRED)
- Knowledge of Java.
- Exposure to retail and manufacturing industry.
