Technical Project Lead - J2EE - National Capital Reg - Philippines

We are in need of a Technical Project Lead to oversee implementations of our Lending products. This ideal candidate would have demonstrated abilities in delivering large projects and meeting customer business requirements.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in an IT related course or equivalent
• At least 5 years industry experience
• At least 3 years J2EE experience
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall development
• Experience of Object Oriented Design principles and database architecture design
• Demonstrated experience in leading end to end solution delivery
• Proven ability to work with people in achieving results
• Proven ability to plan and organize workload, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges roles and responsibilities and adapt positively to changing working conditions and priorities
• Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines
• Experience working with Loans Origination Solutions or Lending Software will be considered an advantage.
