IT Manager - Andalusia Group - Egypt

1-evaluating user needs and system functionality
2-ensuring that ICT facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects
3-planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness
4-scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
5-researching and installing new systems
6-ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision
7-providing secure access to the network for remote users
8-ensuring the security of data from internal and external attac
9-providing users with appropriate support and advice
10-managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems
11-mentoring and training new ICT support staff
12-Keeping up to date with the latest technologies

1-Bachelor of computer science or any equivalent bachelor
2-Masters in computer science
3-3-5 Years of experience In the same position
4-Information Technology analysis, design and implementation
