Software Support Engineer Windows - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Point-of-Sales (POS) applications under Windows 2000 environment
To manage software installations and rollout to new stores.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for customer issues related to software setup and configuration.
Travel locally and within the region to co-ordinate ongoing projects with customers
Provide technical support and rollout for software applications
Deliver technical support services according to specified Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of experience in related areas
Detail knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, MS SQL Server Database language is an added advantage
Good troubleshooting and customer handling skills.
Personal Attributes:
Good communication / presentation skills
Capable of working in a highly pressured environment
Good in listening to the customers.
