MIS Manager - Interspeed Advertising - Dhaka - Bangladesh

Job Description / Responsibility
Overall lead role of the ICT team assigned to the merchandising management project
Database design, implementation supervision
Data and system analysis and quantitative reporting
Analyze business processes and explore feasibility of automation and implement after getting the “go-ahead”
Security and network policy formulation and implementation
Arrange for training of the team members, if required
Carefully observe technology trends globally and locally and suggest and adopt necessary changes/improvements

Educational Requirements
Graduate from any reputed college or university with major in MIC, CSE, Statistics or engineering

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Engineer/Database Programmer, MIS, Programmer/Software Engineer, Project Manager (Software), System Analyst, Team Leader (Software)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 05 years progressive experience in system development and maintenance
At least 01 year experience in lead/managerial role
Excellent grasp of Dot Net technology of Microsoft including Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.net, Crystal Reports etc.
Proven experience in muti-tiered application development
Command over statistics will be a great plus
Exposure to research methodologies will be a great plus
