Techical Support Engineer X 5 To be based in - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support (diagnosing hardware & software failures)
Coordinate with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve the problem
Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals
Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, networks

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent with 1 year of experience in onsite support.
Technical knowledge in Window OS, Microsoft office application, Lotus notes and some basic networking knowledge.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle calls and clients in polite and professional manner.
Will be required to travel islandwide.
