Web Developer Manager - Shanghai - China

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the evolution and the development of our web solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from initial explorations to final deliverables
• Oversee the all process of the cooperation with other websites from the first introduction to the integration
• Take part of organizing and leading our marketing strategy including sales and promotion
• Pushing the boundaries of what's possible to create better experiences for our users
• Collaborating and ideating with our team such as programmers, designers, sales, administrator and management

And who are you? At a minimum, you have:
• Strong vision, organization, and communication skills, solid understanding of foreigner and Chinese habits, cultures and behaviors
• A passion on internet industry
• An ability to cop with pressure and detailed oriented achievement
• A talent for diplomatic discussion and thought leadership : the ability to convince, to listen, to collaborate, and to inspire
• Strong desire of achievement !
• Being able to develop under php/MySQL
• Extensive knowledge in Javascript
