Client Services Executive - Singapore

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly independent individual to support, manage and develop long term relations with existing and new clients from the financial markets industry.

Good oral and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently.
Capable of dealing with clients independently and able to understand client enquiries and problems.
Able to work together with internal staff i.e. product specialists, developers and senior management to provide the required solution to the client.
Strong commitment to deliver project and work assignments in time is essential.
Strong sense of ownership, working to provide information, drive initiatives and consistently improve the level of service to clients.

Requirements:
Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
Sound knowledge in financial markets software.
Some broking experience preferred.
University degree.
Must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Only Singapore citizens and PRs need apply.
