Our Client, a major pressings Financial institution, is booking for experienced, result-oriented and high caliber professionals with demonstrable track record for the managerial positions in following areas. Key accountabilities and job attributes are as under:
IT SECURITY & WAN
Design and maintain a sound architecture for IT Security & WAN including configuration and management of networking devices (switches and routers) and Hardware Firewalls and Intrusion detection / prevention devices. Responsible for development and implementation of standardised IT security policies in line with best practices and framework e.g. COBIT, ISO27001, etc Optimization of Windows Operating System, mailing applications, etc, for security settings, Monitor security violations and take adequate corrective actions. Candidates should possess a reputable university degree in Computer Science with relevant certification e.g. CISSP, CSSP, CCNA, CCNP with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a large bank/ financial Institution.
ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION
Install, configure and maintain database instances, create various database structures to support business requirements including logical and physical database modeling, trouble-shooting Oracle backup and recovery. Knowledge of database performance tuning, SQL tuning and experience of Oracle development and windows OS Oracle database maintenance would be preferable. Candidates should possess a reputable university degree in Computer Science and certification in Oracle DB Administration from a reputable institute along with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience (including 1 year experience in Oracle DB Administration – 10g)
APPLICATION SUPPORT
Provide user and maintenance support for existing business applications. Provide requirement analysis, design and development of Web based / client – server application using OOP. Proficient in using any of the major languages e.g. ASP.NET, C#, Java, RDBMS preferably Oracle. Candidates should possess a reputable university degree in Computer Science with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a large bank / financial institution.

Bonus, etc. These appointments will be initially on 2 years contract basis, extendable by mutual consent.
