Requirements:
Description: A Service Provision Manager is required to join GSD Package Services Team. Core responsibilities are to manage Package Services customers: managing service delivery from Package Services to the Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Lead Consultant and the Customer.
To assist with general business improvement as part of the Package Services management team, specifically processes and procedures around service delivery improvement. Ideal candidates will have several ERP experience both in consulting projects and ongoing service delivery. These candidates will be able to support large client portfolio and bring breadth and depth of management expertise into the Package Services Management team.
Successful candidate will need to visit site, which may include travel outside the UK.
