Junior Requirements Analyst-National Capital Reg - Makati City - Philippines

Responsibilities:
The Requirements Analyst (RA) primary responsibility is to gather, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. The RA is involved through out the entire software development life cycle of a project. The RA is responsible in seeing to it that all requirements specifications communicated by the customer is accomplished by the team and their specific tasks performed properly.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): C++ Language, Java, C#.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City,Philippines.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
Communication skills written and oral, to be able to communicate effectively to all project stakeholders.

Manifests good people management skills by maintaining good working relationship with project team members.
