Software Project Manager (Exp in SOE environment/Government Tenders) - Jobster Pte Ltd - Singapore

Responsibilities:
To lead a project team consist of engineers and subcontractor in running IT project
To manage and deliver project based on scope, on schedule and within budget
To ensure high customer satisfaction
To handle problem escalation accordingly
To update management on project progress

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Min 3-5 year(s) of project management experience
Handled government tenders/SOE projects before
Candidate with PMP or CITPM certification will have added advantage
Hands-on and able to influence stakeholders to work towards project deadlines
Good writing skills and have experience in projects documentation
Good communication skills
