Responsibilities:
Reporting To the Program manager, this position is an internal IT program planning, monitoring and reporting related responsibility.
Collecting, understanding and transmitting IT business plan requirements for Programs/ Projects from the internal teams and translating these into monitoring and reporting templates.
Heavy involvement in collecting IT budget and re-forecast operations related to Programs/ projects.
Work with Program manager to define Program/ project activities.
Ensure defined Program/ Project activities meet the target dates.
Reviewing the status reports of internal team members across projects and summarize status reports for stakeholders review.
Manage all the changes from original plan with the stakeholders and maintain appropriate documentation.
Periodical reports to be produced showing budget utilization against team allocations, any deviation and reason for deviation.
Perform various analytical functions, including analyzing the details of proposed IT business plan details, ensure availability of supporting information and match against the totals.
Assist in preparation of various Program Management meetings, follow up with meeting communication and follow-up on the action items.
Complying and enforcing standard company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience is required in IT.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing small projects.
Very good understanding on IT Service Planning, ERP concepts, Service management concepts, infrastructure areas, budgeting, IT Compliance.
Multi-tasking abilities in analytical and activity management areas.

System Engineer (Avaya) (TN15) - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for post-sales activities into particular opportunities
Focusing on AVAYA Systems (UC, VoIP and Contact Center)
