BI Database Administrator - Singapore

Responsibilities:
You will work with the Database Administration Manager to operate and support the Co-operative's production Business Intelligence (BI) databases, including BI products from Microsoft and SAP. You will control, schedule, and monitor the various ETL and other system tasks on the BI database servers, as well as monitor the health and performance of the BI database servers. You will manage user accounts, rights and access to the systems, and perform capacity planning to ensure that the system continues to serve the BI needs of the organization. You will work closely with systems administrators to ensure that proper backup and recovery processes are carried out, as well as with developers on applications to access and present BI information to end users.

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferably 1- 2 years' experience as a Microsoft SQL Server database administrator
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services and basic steps to configure and set up OLAP cubes
Strong understanding of BI concepts such as ETL, OLAP, star schemas and data mining models
Candidates with experience using, operating and administering SAP's
Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence products would have an added advantage
