Job Scope:
- Provide desktop support
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Identify and escalate problems when necessary
- Prepare activity reports
- Perform administration and troubleshooting
- Provide technical assistance as required by users
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of desktop support experience
- Basic knowledge on server administration will be preferred
- Customer service orientated
