Product Development Executives - Telco -IT - Singapore

Responsibilities:
1 You are required to contribute to the product development team by innovating, creating and developing new digital commerce related applications and services, related for the purpose of generating positive revenue and differentiate the company’s service offerings in the new growth domain of Internet/Mobile Commerce. This would include the support of new service conception, product development, setting up the associated processes to ensure a successful product launch as well as supporting all post launch activities.

2 Your responsibility will also include keeping abreast of the latest technology trends in the Internet/Mobile Commerce domain and related service trends.

3 Key parties you would work with would include but not limited to Marketing, IS, Customer Service, Network and external vendors.

Functions:
1. Work as part of a team to identify and evaluate innovative new products to meet consumers' demand in the Internet/Mobile Commerce arena.

2. Support Product Development Team to manage the cross-functional departments in order to roll out new products and services in a timely fashion.

3. Conduct extensive activities tracking of competitors including features and business model comparisons, analysis and suggested improvements on overall product and service usability.

4. Help to develop product descriptions and establish product policies/best practices.

5. Create product presentation materials of findings and analysis.

6. Help to develop pre-sales & post-sales processes.

7. Manage post launch activities such as monitoring take up rates, liaise with external vendors on bug fixes, and etc

8. Manage pre launch activities such as product spec justifications, testings and etc.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree from a recognized instituition with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Possesses an inquisitive mind with a passion for internet/mobile commerce technologies, services and familiarity of various related mobile applications, services and trends.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong report writing and analytic skills with good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
- Experience in Internet/Mobile Commerce would be an added advantage.
