Helpdesk Engineer x 3 - Singapore

Main Responsibilities:
•Responds to internal/external computer user inquiries.
•Assists customers in resolving technical problems through use of scripted guidance and a defined escalation process.
•Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database.
•Maintains history records and related problem documentation.

Requirements:
•1 Year of Experience Required
•Speaking of Cantonese is a must.
