Business Analyst - Singapore

Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, reporting to the Product Manager, you will be a key member in producing technology products. You will work with the Product Manager and other business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document detailed requirements. You will also partner with product developers to turn requirements into products. This is an opportunity to enter Product Management in an exciting industry with a dynamic company.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Interface between business stakeholders and product engineers to gain in-depth understanding of business vision and feature needs.
Use effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with internal and external customers
Develop and maintain detailed user stories in a prioritized product backlog which accurately reflects customer and business priorities
Create use case diagrams, high level page flows, functional flow diagrams to ensure teams have an understanding of the big picture
Ensure constructive working relationships within the company and willingness and desire to work in an open, collaborative team environment
Undertake specific tasks / duties as assigned by the Product Manager
Ability to achieve results, meet deadlines, and adjust to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced software-testing environment.
Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills, and a thorough approach to problem solving
Methodical and detail-oriented

Requirements:
Honours degree with 2-4 years experience in a product development related activity (such as IT, design, programming, testing, customer support, marketing or sales)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Good English writing skills
Detail-oriented
Good command of software applications (e.g. Office and other web based applications)
Interest in how technology products are created and used
