System Engineer (Avaya) (TN15) - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for post-sales activities into particular opportunities
Focusing on AVAYA Systems (UC, VoIP and Contact Center)
Providing system Implementation and level one and two troubleshooting.
Implement new Avaya equipment and services
Support Voice infrastructure maintenance and upgrades and recommend enhancements for infrastructure
Support and deployment of Avaya solutions
Provide project consultancy, implementation for changes and new implementation, in a timely manner
Provide post-sales support services including trouble-shooting, performance tuning and etc.
Proactively stay abreast of VOIP, Security and Networking Infrastructure solutions and their potential applicability with customer engagements.

Requirements:
1 – 3 years of experience in Avaya IP/TDM PABX system
Experience of other VOIP products (CISCO) will be advantage
upporting Avaya Products and Solutions Exceptional Customer Service and Consulting Skills
Experience with CM upgrade Implementation Experience with AES and SES integration Experience with application testing on 3rd party applications Provide Certifications on Avaya products or related IP certifications
Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures and able to work within specific maintenances windows.
Demonstrated trouble shooting ability.
Demonstrated history of providing 24 7 support.
On-call pager duty.
Experience in the Telephony Networking environments and Solid VoIP knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to document processes and procedures.
