Pre-Sales System Engineer - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Works with outside Account Executives to develop deep customer relationships with the account base.
Participates in pre-sales customer calls that require technical knowledge on capability and compatibility issues.
Effectively work with all levels of an organization including corporate customers and IT departments.
Delivers sales presentations on benefits and implementation of technology.
Coordinates with service providers to provide a complete solution.
Position support agreements for all solutions.
Evaluate and track business initiatives, environment and penetration.
Technical expert on deploying and integrating products and solutions.
Collaborate with Training to provide product training to business sales team.
Work with manager and Account Executives to prioritize and accomplish tasks required to achieve organizational goal.
Manage seed requests.
Participate in weekly pipeline/strategy meetings with assigned Account Executive.
Develop relationships with partners (ACNs, Integrators) to drive referral sales and recommend implementation services to client.
Works with manager, sales support team and corporate headquarters to coordinate resolution of product solutions that jeopardize future sales.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years experience that include systems administration in Mac OS.
MUST have Pre-Sales experience.
