Job Description / Responsibility
We are looking for two (2) full time Junior PHP Programmers and two (2) skilled PHP Programmers. Candidates must be able to create enterprise level web applications based on client input and project specifications. Primary responsibilities include PHP programming, implementation, and back-end development. We are a creative shop, so we want someone with out of the box innovative thinking who will take our firm to the next level.
Confirms site objectives by conferring with product development and analyzing user requirements; designing, streamlining, and upgrading new features and functionality; studying existing technology architecture
Develops user interfaces by determining design methodologies and tool sets; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer and PHP programming capabilities, subject matter, human factors, and logic; monitoring release schedules; following project development methodology.
Programs applications by entering design requirements using PHP technology
Confirms applications by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or debugging codes; resolving problems.
Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers; preparing reusable component design.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; developing common site infrastructure; maintaining dynamic data for site.
Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools; responding to support and maintenance requests.
Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in CS/ CSE

Experience Requirements
Maximum 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer/Software Engineer, Web Developer/Web Designer

Additional Job Requirements
Age 21 to 30 year(s)
1+ years Web Development and Web Application experience.
(Fresher are welcome but should have working experience)
Full Time Position Applicants Only - No free lance, contract workers, companies need apply.
Experience doing programming work for the web with portfolio examples.
Must be able to plan and develop enterprise level web applications from concept through completion.
Possess the ability to multi-task and succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in PHP 4 and 5 (Object Oriented).
Proficient in MySQL.
Collaborate with team members to generate innovative solutions for clients.
Knowledge of Javascript/AJAX/JQuery is a Plus!
Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a Plus!
Open Source (ie. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla,Magento) Experience is a Plus!
Salary Range
TK.10000 - 20000
