Desktop-Support-Engineers-Singapore

Responsibilities:
Provide technical helpdesk and desktop support to end users. Configure and troubleshoot software and hardware issues. Perform service and maintenance of systems
Requirements:
ITE / NTC / Diploma in IT / Computer or related. 1-2 of IT support experience. Computer desktop troubleshooting. Microsoft Software troubleshooting knowledge. Email system(Outlook or Lotus Notes) troubleshooting experience/knowledge. Fresh graduates with self acquired skills in computer repair/ troubleshooting are welcomed
