Job Description: To manager EDP acitivities and get the MIS Reports, which will facilitate the Management to take decisions in day to day activities. Also provide Software/Hardware/Network/Trouble Shooting facilities to get the best results to achive organizational objectives.

Profile - To manage EDP Acitivities - Control & Check Daily GRN Transactions, Costing, Pricing, Sales updattion, Purchse return, etc. - MIS Reports - Closing stocks, Ageing Stock, Stocks holding in Show room/Warehouse, Brandwise sales & Stock, Sales Realization, Price Revision Matrix/ Ageing Reports, Zero Qty in Stores. - Software Maintenance - Dev/Maint. of various Brio Queries, Sale Offer Modules, Stock Take Modules for entires, consolidation & variance. - Hardware Configuration/Maintennace - Procure New PCS, Pritners, Scanner etc., Installatin/Configuration OS/Software, etc. Trouble shooting, coordiante of Hardware repairs, Control of Toners/Cartridges, etc. Train the end users. - Networking - Maintain the entire office network, Inter act with corporate IT related to mail server/terminal server and other servers. - Trouble shoorting - Network related issues (Office and Warehouse Connectivity. - Coordinate with Maintenance Company for all tele- phone lines/exentions. - Point of sales Maintenance - Maintenance/Trouble shooting hareware/software related issues in all stores, online suport to various aspects like Modem connectivity/Lotus Notes Email in all stores. - Involvemetn in Opening of New stores - Coordinate with Architects/Retail Manager in opening new stores for placement of servers, security systems, POS, Cash counters with electrical points, Dial up connection setup for data transfer, connectivity between office and store for e.mail access. - Stock taking - Coordinate with inventory controller for stock taking in warehouse and all stores, Compilation of the books and physical stock, Generate initial variance & upload in the back office system.
