Senior Business Analyst, Asia Pacific - Singapore

Lead a team of Business Analysts in the following activities:
Delivery of continuous business improvement by coordinating both system enhancement and transformation work in keeping with overall TTS & IT strategy
Gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, business cases and engaging both in house and external system develops to build solutions
UAT and post deployment assessment of releases for performance to specification and delivery against objective/s
Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure transparency in the prioritization and timing of deliverables
Acting both as an agent of the business in coordinating system enhancements, as well as identifying opportunities independently and promoting the same

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or Business
Proven ability to lead a team of specialists
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business improvement into tangible benefit
Excellent organizational and analytical skills – including a formalized approach to process mapping, opportunity analysis and thinking out-of-the-box for new and better ways of doing business
Familiarization with project management methodology
Understanding of the development, implementation and customization of business requirements
Willing to travel as and when required
Experience and knowledge of TMC transaction model and GDS systems will be an added advantage
