Software Manager - Year 2011 - East - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Study the new solution and design the embedded software architecture for the audio and home theater system.
Lead the software team to develop the firmware of Mini/Micro Audio system and Home theater system.
Manage software project to keep development schedule and quality.
Understanding and creation of the requirements specification for new products or features
Will be involved in key software module design and development, review and assess the software deliverables

Requirements:
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Pproficient in programming in C or Assembler.
- Minimum 6 years experience of firmware developing in RTOS (Real Time Operation System) environment.
- Experience in leading medium scale software development project through a full software development life cycle.
- Good project management skill and great leadership.
