System Analyst - Tuas - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Perform systems feasibility studies, analysis & design
Translate business rules and requirements into system specifications
Critically understanding end users' operations and systems
Interacting extensively with external vendors or internal end users
Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility
Developing project feasibility reports
Present proposed solutions to the end users
Work closely with the software developers/vendors and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Supervising proper implementation of the new system
Planning test schedules/scenarios for the implementation of the new system

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT related disciplines
Min 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with the Systems Development Life Cycle implementation methodology
Strong communication/people skills required to interact with users and vendors on the design and development of applications
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to converse in Mandarin is advantageous
Experience in Microsoft .NET or Java and RDBMS technologies is advantageous

willing to work in Tuas Area , working hours 8am to 6pm Mondays to Friday.
